This call is open to permanent staff in the National Health System. Candidates must be specialists in Dermatology, Venereology and Medical-Surgical Dermatology, and they must submit a management project outlining their assistance, teaching, and research goals.
The process involves two steps. First, a merit-based curriculum evaluation. Only those scoring at least 40 percent in this stage advance to the public defense of their project before the selection commission.
The project defense covers everything from service portfolios to team leadership and resource management. If you plan to apply, you have ten working days starting July 30 to submit your documents via the Ventanilla Electrónica de Profesionales.
The commission will also factor in feedback from the dermatology team itself when assessing the final project. This represents up to 20 percent of the final score for each candidate.
